We met Tami about 12 years ago and she assisted us in purchasing our current home in Playa Vista about a year later. We were really impressed with her knowledge of the area and the real estate market in general. The market was in turmoil in 2009 but she was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for us. We couldn't be happier! It really helps that she's lived and worked in Playa Vista for almost a decade. There are so many things that are unique about the community and the area. I wouldn't trust an outsider that's unfamiliar with it to participate in a transaction here. *** Be sure to ask her for a copy of her book! You'll know everything you need to about the homes, the area, schools and more importantly, all the new shops and restaurants that were added in Playa Vista Phase 2.

I could not be happier with the work the team did on selling my place. They clearly communicated the plan and each and every update to me. Helped to connect me to someone to make improvements or made the arrangements on their end. The prep, showings, and closing process went smooth and stress free. My only role was to respond back, keep a clean space, and make sure I was out of the house for any showings or buyer appointments. They even helped to sort out a freak emergency HVAC repair on final walk through day when I was not able to find an appointment, above and beyond! I would gladly buy or sell with Team Tami again and would recommend them to friends and family. Their professionalism and care on my behalf was extraordinary.

Finding Kimberly was one of the best things to happen to me in a long while! Her knowledge of "everything" in the real estate market was phenomenal! Kimberly assigned Andrea to help us with our purchase. We closed in less than three weeks and Andrea was there with us every step of the way. Our first realtor was a nightmare and we had to fire him, for context. Andrea was always available (even on Sundays) and she always had answers to our questions within about 5-10 minutes unless she was helping another one of her clients. She worked with our lender, arranged the inspections, and did practically everything. We basically didn't have to do anything extra on our end because she was always one step ahead of us (think ordering new appliances, escrow, etc.). All these five-star reviews are here for a reason. I feel 100% comfortable recommending Andrea to anyone.
